Using Projectors at CEI

Combine/Divide 

MLK Jr. B is adjacent to the kitchen. MLK Jr. A is adjacent to the Executive Suite. If you are only using one half of the room tap combine/divide. On the next screen you will be given the option to “Combine Room” or “Divide Room”, Select divide. On the other hand, if you know you will be using the room as a singular space, select combine.






Audio/Video inputs 

The Rack PC input is tied to the docking station on the cabinet. The wireless keyboard and mouse now work with the docking station. 

To connect:

Steps to get laptop connected to rooms when combined. (Using both MLK A/B)

1. Power on the MLK A panel
2. Make sure room is combined.
3. Drag Rack PC to Main Projector quadrant. 
4. Drag Rack PC to Audio quadrant. 
5. Log into your PC

Confirm your settings in Teams

Audio= Crestron

Microphone= Line(TesiraForte)

Video= RoboSHOT(USB Camera)

To power off: 


  1. Find the power input in the top row of icons.
  2. Drag the power icon to the Main Projector quadrant and Audio quadrant. 
  3. Tap the Power button in the right column of icons. Confirm by pression the power icon on the display.
